    Disneyland Paris Auditions

    Hi everyone!

Just wondering, is anyone going to the upcoming auditions in September?
Its exciting just thinking about them! So how is everyone feeling about them?
Peter: Oh, the cleverness of me.
Wendy: Of course, I did nothing...
    Peter: You did a little

    Hi there,
I've been in the 'Character & Parade' department for over 4 years. Good luck in your audition.

    Remember to keep smiling =)

Well it's a fun job. It all depends on your attitude. A few people come and hate it because they expect to be doing proper dancing but instead they become friends with a certain character and can do a full day of just sets and no dancing.

Then there's those who love it like moi.

In my audition I could not dance (I've never trained) so I just smiled and wasn't afraid to smile and make a idiot of myself. I just gave all my energy and it was enough to get me through. Been here ever since.

I'm so, so happy that you love it. (: That's what Disney NEEDS in their parks: People who love working so much that the characters they bring to life are real and actual and totally created from wishes. I really, really hope to work there just because I feel like Disney loses some of it's warmth when their CMs aren't absolutely ecstatic to work there. You lose some magic, I think!! Thank you for being so fantastic and loving your job. I think it makes all the (Disney) difference! (:

Break a leg to anyone who's auditioning!! Wish I could!!
All it takes is a dream and a wish!

My little brother is there at the moment and absolutely adores it, says it's the best job he's ever had. He works as a character and says it's also the hardest job he's ever done as well. He's so sad he's due to come home in 9 days time, I think if they offered him a job emptying trash cans he would take it right now.

Pinkflutterby, that is amazing It so refreshing to see so many people love their jobs so much!

Personally, its what I want to do, to be able to bring magic to people everyday and i know i would love every single day even if it was hard

Yeah I would've thought so. Though I think that occasionally it's a woman, but they'd mostly play the smaller characters.

    Oh wow! Aladdin is amazing!
My dream character would be Wendy. Or Alice. Luckily for me, people who are friends with Wendy are almost always friends with Alice too

I know! Plus I'd get to spend all day with Jasmine Only trouble is is that I'm rubbish at American accents!!

Oh cool! Yeah playing Wendy/Alice would be fun, you'd probably be cast for both. Are you from England?? Like was just wondering if you could already do the accent?? Good luck anyway
