I think Mickey's House in Hong Kong is more of a tour of his house rather than an actual meet & greet. It could possibly change once the Paris team get hold of it. Although in fear of damage to the sets, I think children should be made to take shoes off when visiting this location.
^These kind of events are to cover up the fact that they don't really have anything new.
At least the 20th should bring something worth while (I hope) and they will adjust the marketing accordingly.
Whilst I won't disagree that sometimes it feels there is not a lot new in each of these seasons they are actually quite a successful marketing device.
Back in the days when attendance was shocking DLP had market info that said people intended to go to DLP but were putting it off. The festivals give a time limited event to go to. If you don't go this year you won't see....
And you can't argue with the numbers. Attendance is up. So while we fans may not like them the festivals have their purpose.
What bugs me is all the great entertainment that has gone by the wayside to pay for it. Still the Mickey's House thing seems interesting
