Back in 1998 after the 5th anniversary. Thats when the towers became half blue half gold and the castle more pink.

I just hope the castle won't be too much decorated for the 20th anniversary of Disneyland Paris !

Here are some pics from 14, 15 and 16 of July. You can see how the castle looks with different weather conditions and lights.
Daytime with sun
Don't ask me what the whirpool was because I don't know, but doesnt look very pretty.
Night
With rain
The galery was open also.

Thanks for the pictures!
But... yeah- I'm still not a fan of the colors. They feel so.. plastic-y. :/
The pictures with the famous grey Paris sky showcase, at least to me, why Imagineers chose such a vibrant scheme. It may look very pink and the shading may not be as drastic or detailed as its first paint scheme, but the colors make the details of the castle stand out against a drab sky.
ORWEN: I love the bright colors because they make it seem more like a castle that came from a fairy tale as opposed to all those realistic castles in Europe that easily fade into the background because they're so much a part of reality. Disney HAD to do something to make Sleeping Beauty's Castle seem 'other worldly' and the color scheme they picked is perfect.
ORDDU: Indeed! As perfect as Coruscant's lovely photographs. This has to be the most beautiful castle in all the world. If Shanghai Disneyland can top this, we'll be amazed.
ORGOCH: Got drawbridges?
