Definitely Space Moutain, even though it's practically ruined these days (at least the inside of it).

It's location as centerpiece of Discoveryland, it's stunning architecture, the mind-boggling Columbiad, recoiling effect..... you name it. The exterior is as important to me as the interior, and call me mad if I said RnRc's exterior can match up to SM's.

RnRc offers of course a much smoother ride experience, but SM's ride layout still is more interesting even though your neck is almost broken after riding it. Who ever decided to "update" 'From the Earth to the Moon' to 'Mission II' should be fired immediately though, god that overlay is awful...

Although not a fan of rock music, I plump for RnRC because of the tunes. They really add to the excitement and the different songs mean that there is a slight change in the experience with subsequant rides.

Not to mention that each song comes with a different light show.

Yes, nice to see that DS can compete with DL on something!

Hey, Cinemagique kicks Honey, I shrunk the audience's rear! (If they're two attractions you'd pair like R'n'RC and SM but I'm not so sure)

Cool Re: Space Mountain or Rock 'n' Roller Coaster?

As a coaster type, I roll my eyes when seeing complaints about Disney ones being too rough. But it truly applies to SM at DLP; it's nearly Viper (6FMM) rough. Definitely prefer RnRC, and prefer the one at DLP to MGM as well. And full disclosure, I've seen hundreds of concerts ranging from Chet Atkins to Frank Zappa, and one of the all time worst was Aerosmith, Birmingham, 1978.

    A bientot.

Ya, but that's when they had real problems. My dad was a pro drummer, so I have been to a fair few gigs over the years. I can say Aerosmith in London in 1999 was my fav gig ever (beating Michael Jackson, Pink Floyd and a fair few highly rated gigs).
Let's put the Walt back in Disney!

Ah, the post-quality, pre-Geffen years. I'm an Aerosmith fan myself, I don't worship them or anything but I enjoy listening even if the Geffen stuff is a bit poppy. I, an Aerosmith fan, enjoy SM more, but only marginally. It's not that there's anything wrong with R'n'RC

My main beef was really with the sound man. Although my ear wasn't as critical in high school as it is now, even at the time I felt I could've self-taught myself how to use the board before the end of the show and had it sounding better than it did. It was like one of those 70s SensaRound movies (Earthquake or Midway) where they basically just turned the bass in the theater up to ridiculous levels.
