I didn't find things to be quite as bad as that at all, in fact I found Adventureland and Fantasyland to be neglected and a tad run-down but never disgusting.

You'd better keep this sort of talk out of my happy thread.
Well quite. I've just never found the place to be disgusting, but perhaps I'm just used to us non-sahving non-washing Europeans hehe. Or perhaps it's those rose-tinted spectacles. Who knows, either way I had a magnificent time
To be fair I probarely noticed the conditions more due to me coming straight over from Tokyo where everything is like Mary Poppins, perfect in every way.
But despite what I personally throught of the Paris parks standards I want to make it clear I still had a great time at the Disneyland Resort Paris. Lion King especially blew me away, as it was just as good as any of the Tokyo Disney Resort shows currently showing.
Huzzah! (a la Jonathan Pryce). When is this report coming praytell, I am looking forward to it
It maybe that DLP envisage the 15th to be busy throughout and any repairs and maintainance may be held off until after March.
WDW - 1987 & 1991
DLP - 1996, 2004, 2006 & 2007
DLR - October 2011
Good point, in the 15th it's peak time most of the time probably
But its a worry that the 15th will be pulling in new punters who may be far from impressed with the current state of the place. Saying that, the avaerage guest won't notice these things, only us cynical old pedants!

Old? Old?! *looks angrily*. I certainly loved my time at DLRP and yes there were faults but they only came to me in retrospect, I was just having too much fun...
Apart from cracked pavements
I noticed it, but not to the extent of Malin and TDR_Fan. The castle bothered me, things were quite mildewy. I also noticed BTM, Plaza Gardens and the Fantasia Gardens gazebos were in need of a little TLC, but those things have since been fixed. From previous trips I have no recollection of particularly offensive neglect. What kind of way is that to explore a park anyway?
The lack of twinkly lights in the trees, that bothered me. And has anyone ever noticed that the snoring armor and other pieces in the castle gallery are plugged into electrical sockets as if they were household appliances? They made no effort to hide this whatsoever. Quite bizarre, haha.
Haven't noticed that but will look out for it next time! Usually if I saw that with someone we'd just laugh and I'd moan in micechat
I could see them doing that but the idea should of been to have all attractions refurbished before the 15th Anniversary started.
I hate to be moaning about the maintenance issues but I'm hoping someone from Disney will read this and take note. positive coments will be coming soon in my trip report that sadly due to me being out tonight will begin tomorrow.
