My Sept. 14 Pictures

HI,
I was in DLRP last friday and I took some pictures. The weather was great, and the parks not extremely crowded (compared to the past summer months). I rode Crush's Coaster for the second time (rear seats that time), and I thought that front seats were probably better, at least for the attraction dark ride part.
The Hollywood Tower Hotel looks almost finished, although the fences all around make it hard to see the lower part of the building.
A lot of people were working on the Hollywood Blvd, and some buildings already look fantastic. But again, you can't see much because of the fences. Enjoy the photos.

Thanks. DLP looks stunning as always, and over at the WDS there seems to be more construction going on than in 2001. So good news.

40 minutes when I went there (around 2pm), 25 minutes at 5pm.

Good news indeed. The initial rush seems to have tailed off then. It may build up again over Halloween but by Christmas (Possibly) ToT should take some of the strain with the crowds.
It will certainly be interesting to see how busy ToT will make WDS in the usually barren months of January to March.

I was surprised at how 'extreme' it was when I rode it but loved it nevertheless. The rate of spinning all depends on the distribution of weight and changes from ride to ride. I say give it a go - the dark ride part is good and then you can just shut your eyes (although its in the dark anyway!)

I feel a bit ashamed, but honestly I think that Crush is quite intense (after riding for the second time)... - It's NOT a kid ride - I love the attraction though.
