Anyone know when April 2008 prices will be released in the U.S.?

My wife and I are planning are first trip to Paris (and subsequently Disneyland Paris) in March/April 2008. We're planning on spending two nights at the Disneyland Hotel, on April 6th and April 7th.

The current brochure and the booking page on the Disneyland website will only allow booking through April 3rd. The text on the front page says that the brochure is good from November 1, 2007 through April 24, 2008, but the actual prices haven't been updated yet. Does anyone have any idea when these might be released?

Also, anyone have an idea what the cost of an upgrade from a regular room to a Castle Club room is? Can you request a park view room, and is there an additional fee for that too?

Thanks in advance for all of your help!

Thanks for posting this thread. I'm staying at the Disneyland Hotel again next year, but it's been over 10 years and I can't remember the rates back then (or how much more expensive the Castle Club rooms were). It would be nice to get some answers.

At the mo I can't even access the website to select a booking or qoute. That DLRP website really is a waste of space at times as often information like park schedules are not updated until last minute. I mean how bad is the site when we have people wanting to make bookings for next year and are unable to yet.

Call the booking line - they should be able to help. DLP are terribley slow in releasing their prices and this has caused me frustration in the past. The booking line will help.

Prices are likely to be released in December or January (normally they only have a 3 - 4 month window unless you call the booking line direct). Sad as it actually costs them more money to run their business this way.

I have to say, personally I do not think Castle Club is worth the money. Typically it runs 40% to 100% price increase on a normal room and a park view is not guarenteed. The only way to guarentee a good park view is the 2 presidential suites.

The DLH was the 1st park facing hotel, so they learnt some excellent lessons for the Grand Californian and Mira Costa.

I am a little biased though because we much prefer staying at the Hotel New York - better service and more good view opportunities.

I think the only thing they could've done to ensure better/more park views would be to either build the hotel itself talller (maybe 9 or 10 floors), or place it behind the Main Street Station. Though I think neither of those would be as good as the current placement and scale.
