Wow. DLRP's fireworks are SOOO sloppy and all over the place. Definitely not worthy of the Believe Show Audio...
ooohh it was for new year's lol... I was like what is that!?!?
I'm imagineering a new signature for your future enjoyment!
Blame it on the French.
WOW was that was sloppy. People beat me to it. It is nowhere near the perfect choreography of Disneyland's.
So was this for New Years or have they been using this the entire Christmas season?
Interesting music choice, kind of beats last years use of the Narnia soundtrack. Through when given permission to hold fireworks the park does a great job. Of course I do have to question the whole fireworks debate, as if your only allowed to hold fireworks on certain nights of the year why wouldn't you instead hold nightly performances of Fantaillusion instead. I often believe DLRP could fight the restrictions but don't to save cost.

Good point Marlin although I surpose we do have Candlebration at the moment.
I think the they make good use of lazers and projectors during Wishes. As you say, without fireworks, they could still put on a pretty magical show. I suspect, like you, money is the real issue not the locals.
It's just for New Year's.
DLP and fireworks just isn't the best of relationships. Even when they're allowed to do big displays, they tend to mess up (Bastille Day 2006).
They should just invest in a better nighttime parade (or bring back the MSEP and give it a marketable novelty -- I suppose fiber optics, liquid-nitrogen smoke and thermoplastics are no longer cool enough?). Leave the fireworks to where there's no one around for miles to complain (WDW) and where there's no one around for miles with a viable lawsuit (DL).
Loved DLP's Wishes though. But not because of the fireworks.
ya, i think it was sloppy. and..... no offense ^^, but ya its not worthy of Believe if its like that
How can the residents near DLP have so much power as to ban fireworks at the park? For a week either side of Bonfire Night and on New Year's Eve, my neighbourhood sounds like Beruit.
WDW - 1987 & 1991
DLP - 1996, 2004, 2006 & 2007
DLR - October 2011
I think I'd be irritated if I went to DLP on NYE and heard the fireworks in English...dunno.
Do they choreograph their regular summer fireworks? Perhaps this isn't set to the music because it only occurs once.
Please consider the environment before printing useless emails
It looks like they the pushed the button and hoped everything fell into place.
It seems like they don't bother as much with the shows that only run once. Wishes was choreographed fine, and so are the Halloween fireworks usually....it just seems like they don't bother attempting anything decent when it counts the most, since these one-time shows are viewed by a LOT of people.
"Keep Moving Forward."
