Mark, you really paid the Studios a diservice. You did not seem to mention Cinemagique or Moteurs Action - the two real gems of the park.
To be honest, we spend equal time in the two parks these days and to do the Studios properly takes more than a day, even when the place is quiet. Just my 2 cents.
The theming and nuances need improving (and boy, in the lest 2 years, that has been at pace). But the quality of the attractions, the streetmousphere and even the rubberheads make this place a great day out, and better than any theme park in the UK!
It's like having two sisters, one is alright looking and fun to be with, the other stunning and charismatic. All of sudden, the alright sister seems homely. A shame.
I understand your view, but to me its like this:
Older sister is gorgeous, dresses up for your date, and is charming, way easy on the eyes and doesn't disappoint.
Younger sister is nice, pleasant, but not all that interested in making you ask for a second date. Maybe one day...![]()

Am I the only one who is uneasy about the metaphors being used on this thread? We are in the 21st Century now you know!
WDW - 1987 & 1991
DLP - 1996, 2004, 2006 & 2007
DLR - October 2011
And Disney Village is the slightly sleazier, bar-hopping, bed-hopping sister who will show you a good time, but has worn out her welcome in the family home. The wild lifestyle that once seemed youthfully charming now seems sad and desperate, and in the bight daylight, the results of 16 years of substance abuse become painfully clear.
I meant no offense- and certainly wasn't thinking about it that way.
