Disneyland (CA) has a policy that if you are about to leave and don't have a ticket, they will let you into the park for 1 hour just to get merchandise. Does Disneyland Paris have something like this?

Don't think so. And since the Village sells all the same stuff, I doubt it.
DLP's selection of merchandise is tiny in comparison to the US parks.
