Bye Karl Holz and Welcome Phillippe Gas !

Karl Holz is the current chairman and CEO of Euro Disney SCA, the company that oversees Disneyland Resort Paris in Marne-la-Vallée, France. He will keep this position until August 31 2008, from then on he will be President, New Vacation Operations, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. His successor will be Philippe Gas[1].
Holz was previously senior vice president of operations at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, before being promoted to president of Disney Cruise Line. In 2004 Holz became chief operating officer at Euro Disney SCA, and in May 2005 was promoted after Andre Lacroix resigned.
Born in Hinzweiler, Germany, he is married to his college sweetheart, Wendy, who lives with him in France. He has two children who both live in the United States. A daughter recently graduated from law school, and his son is in architecture school.

I wish that Phillippe Gas has a great vision of DLRP's Future .

I heard about this, hopefully Phillipe will continue the good work that's been going on this last 18 months, and properly, not with quick-fix Toon Studio rides (if these rides bring about some general Toon Studio make-overy I will have another view).

He also worked for Euro Disney for the first years, so he should remember the golden years of park entertainment and shop offerings. Hopefully he'll return them.

Also he worked for TDL and HKDL.

Oh, that's positive. Hopefully he's not too myopic of a person and will be able to appreciate exactly what made Euro Disney and Tokyo so good.
