Some observations:

- Phantom Manor will receive a lot of tlc... 19.1.-13.2. Nearly a month!
- Railroad Frontierland Depot 16.3.-27.3. <-- hmm...
- La Plage des Pirates and La Cabane des Robinsons in June.
- Alices mace 22.-26.6., 31.8-4.9. <-- we have to wait that far..

Re: The year of restoration

Thanks for the info, sadly it means that 3 of my faves will be closed whilst I'm there in Feb.

Flying Carpets Over Agrabah
(I'm a sucker for anything Genie related and I haven't seen it in it's "new" setting yet)

Les Mystères du Nautilus
(Such a great DLRP exclusive)
Phantom Manor
(Excellent attraction that I'm disappointed will be closed, but could this month long closure mean it's finally getting some TLC?)

Re: The year of restoration

HISTA's short closure suggests that we are stuck with it for a while longer

Nice to see that they're doing the rest of the park up though.

Wow, it's pretty amazing that they have the Refurbs listed that far out. All though I'm sure that it's all subject to change.

I'm glad Phantom Manor is getting a nice big refurb, after hearing all the bashing on its state right now.

Re: The year of restoration

PM is refurbed every year (in fact none of this seems anything out of the ordinary). Thankfully PM is still no where near as bad as WDW let there's get into. In fact on our trip last month, there were only two effects not working - not amazing, but not bad.

I can only imagine conditions have improved than, I have done this attraction 2 times in the last year and both times this attraction was in a very poor state. And I will be looking at the situation very closely in Nov.

Re: The year of restoration

Let's remember that although PM is closed for a long period of time, it does not follow that all of the improvements we are hoping for will happen. This closure may be entirely for technical reasons. Only time will tell...

sure , but even if it's only a technical problem, they still have the time then to do some other stuff

and big technical problems will eventually have effect on how we see the ride

for example, take the elevators, every year only couple of months after a rehab they make horrible sounds , maybe they want to take a better look at it, the solution at the moment is to put a mass of oil on the construction, and now for example the oil is dripping of the wooden walls
