Not only is the Studios recieving the new Toy Story Playland concept, but it also looks like Hong Kong Disneyland is also getting the land too. See the thread with concept art here HKDL Expansion concept art！！！

i still don´t like the idea of this land, but it seems its now the way disney is going.
if a dlp have to save money, they should not build it, wait for better and
more quality rides. whatever, they won´t understand it, the managers just wan´t
a lot of money for themself and won´t spend it on the parks.

i got so angry when i heard that mr. iger got 30million at the end of the year
2008. why he just can´t say no i don´t want it, spend it on more quality...

Could this be 1:1 replica of TSL we are going to get to WDS? Look at the size of that grass. Props are huge! Looks well themed to me.

Andy, the young boy from the Disney·Pixar Toy Story films, has left his toys unattended in this immersive and highly themed environment, based on one of Disney·Pixar’s most popular film series. While Andy is away, the toys come to life and play...and Guests are invited to join!

Key Technology and Creative Elements
• Oversized outdoor rides and photo opportunities allow Guests to experience the different perceptions of scale, and shrink to the size of a toy.
• One attraction includes a shuttle coaster which propels Guests along a U-shaped style track.
• A drop-style parachute attraction lets Guests join a “training mission,” plunging from a 25m tall tower.
• Guests will enjoy fun, immersive and interactive environments with life-size toys.
• A themed food kiosk provides a barrel of fun snacks and refreshments and Guests can shop for Toy Story inspired collectibles at the merchandise location.

As said on Bluesky Disney, this is only a cartoonish concept of the land, I'm sure it will be more detailed when more concept art is released.

Today Walt Disney Parks & Resorts confirmed that Hong Kong Disneyland's announced Toy Story Land will be exclusive to Asia only and therefore the land has been approved for the Walt Disney Studios Park in Paris. (Tip courtest of Tales from the Laughing Place Magazine)

It is ugly and the rides are cheap. It does not help the parks at all. This land is not being liked by most fans of HDKL.
Remeber that teh concept looks better than the real thing most of time.
