| Re: Soarin' Over France in ether WDS or DLP's DL ^I would happily let them bulldoze that waste of space for Soarin'. That way Discoveryland gets something non-character related again and the oft rumoured Soarin' plot in WDS can be used for something else. Win-Win in my book.

| Re: Soarin' Over France in ether WDS or DLP's DL Surely it would be possible to convert Videopolis to Soarin'. The outside themeing is already perfect with the Hyperion airship there. Loss of the park's major live entertainment venue would be an issue, of course. I have to ask, though, whether there is a need for two simulator rides in Discoveryland. Would it be too similar to Star Tours? Could Star Tours than be moved to the Studios when it becomes Star Tours II? The current attraction always seemed incongruous amid the Victorian futurism themeing - until Buzz arrived. Just a few thoughts. |
