Photo Posting

I found my pics of Disneyland Resort Paris and would like to post them, but being very "bete avec des equipements electroniques" especially with computers, I don't really know how. I'd appreciate any help anyone may have the time to offer.

your new with the electronic epquipement...DO you have a digital camera??....If you do just Upload them to the web using Photobucket

You can use http://www.gimp.org/ or http://www.irfanview.com/ (which I use for quick edits) to resize them and do some basic edits. Then upload them to photobucket (linked above) or http://www.imageshack.us/ then find the the link for the photos with a [img] tag around it. I know photobucket has it, not sure about imageshack since I don't use them. Any other questions just shoot (get it? it's punny casue you shoot stuff with your camera...no?...ok...)

Gracias, thanks and Merci even for your help! I will give photobucket a try. I do have something set up on ShutterFly, but I don't know if that's the same. All of your help is much appreciated!

Photobucket is ok for posting a few pictures on discussion boards, but if you want to post entire albums online, then you should try other options like shuterfly.com, ofoto.com, epson.com or smugsmug.com just to name a few more sites.

Such a helpful bunch of people! I feel so welcome, despite the fact that I'm new to MiceChat and technologically-impaired...I can't even work my mp3 player properly sometimes...LOL!
