New Monsters Inc. photolocation

There's a new New Monsters Inc. photolocation at Animation Courtyard (WDS). It looks not bad actually!

It looks darn good! It's nice to see the Imagineers finally having a little fun with the place. Let's hope this points the way for the future development of the park in terms of style and detail!

Amen to that! I like it a lot (better than the MI meet n greet at Disney Studios WDW, which is pretty good anyway)

Yes it is very nice looking.

And in most parks detailed areas like that are considered great plusses (and it is) but one has to wonder would WDS benefit more from these new areas not being made and thier $ adding up to a new attraction? Or is WDS better off getting the most atmosphere it can right now?

It looks like fun. I'm not to hott on the black "grauge door" look behind Boo's door though. Maybe it could use just a little bit more. But still MAN I would love to see it in person!

A fair question. Personally, I think the park needs a lot more touches like this new photolocation. We've already got three rides on the way (and possibly a fourth, depending on who you want to believe), but there should be more to a Disney park than just attractions.
The park should be an attraction in itself - an environment unlike any other, in which guests can properly immerse themselves. The "supermarket carpark" look doesn't really fire the imagination.
So roll on placemaking, say I!
