1992 panorama shots

Hi everybody,

Do you remember the first official brochure of Euro Disney Resort Paris? I remember a brochure which had a panorama shot per land.

I am looking for theses panorama shots which are just awsome.

Maybe someone remembers theses shots are has them scanned.

back in 1992 i remember that most of the pics inside those official guides were taken from Walt Disney World because those guide were released before the park opened .

Do you mean guides or brochures? I have the official guide from 1992 but there are no panorama shots. Do you mean shots from the sky or do you mean wide shots? I remember the large fantasyland shot with lots of characters, I think I saw it on a fan site...

I think the shot(s) you are looking for are in Sketch to Reality. Do you mean the one on page 208? (panoramic group photo in fantasyland) and page 272 of Discoveryland (with the Starwars vehicle in the sky).

the paranormal shots were from wdw, bride called the ghosts host, and one of the ggg in the buggy, instead of the one we get on top.

the panorama shots i think were a one and a bit page picture at the start of each section,

I scanned a brochure of mine and think this is what you were talking about.
I have a brouchure that was sold along the most popular magazines back in 1992 when Euro Disney was about to open. I spent so much time watching these pictures when I was young! I think this is what you were talking about, isn't it?

They are absolutely beautiful. They really do make that park look like the greatest Disneyland in the world. Fresh paint... mmmm.

I love these pictures and I did the same 14 years ago - I had these pictures pinned on my wall and watched them so often, that my parents took me to Paris back in 1992.

I want these pictures back for the 15th anniversary - I think that they attire more people than the Mickey + girl or boy shots of today.

Gee Massimo, I have not seen those pictures in years!! I have to admit their promotional efforts were so nice back then. I may still have that same brochure in my files somewhere, will have to search.

...and just keep in mind that I couldn't scan the whole image (about a quarter is missing from the original shot) because they were too wide for my scanner! You are so totally right: the promotional efforts were amazing at that time: does any of you still remember the opening night broadcast live in Europe? I rewatched it a few days ago and... boy they truly had HUGELY WILD expectations about Euro Disney Resort...

Deservingly so, since DLP is still the prettiest DL park out there, even if the maintenance is bad and the guests trash it mercilessly.

with Karl the resort is in good hands now - and the 15th anniversary will be a great time to visit Disneyland Resort Paris - Big Thunder Mountain is the last attraction which will receive some paint - and everything is nice and pretty again.
