Re: Original EuroDisneyland map

Didn't someone just show this in another thread about DLP concept art?

Re: Original EuroDisneyland map

LOOK AT THE SIZE OF DISCOVERY MOUNTAIN!!!!!! i feel cheated

there is also a jungle cruse in the top left which goes against the original plans of the jungle jeep ride, i think its a early concept map. as either phantom manor is missing or in another place

Re: Original EuroDisneyland map

Is there any captions to the pictures, I wish I could understand what attractions were where and what they were..., but other than that, those are really cool

Nice Find!
Does anyone know of a larger, clearer copy?

Re: Original EuroDisneyland map

A bigger version of the original pic would be awsome. Look at Main Street too. There's four seperate buildings, so no arcades either.

Nice catch! I didn't even notice. I was too busy trying to figure out Discoveryland & Discovery Mountain.
I was all over dlrp.fr tonight. Couldn't find the picture.

Yes, they probably did but that doesn't mean it can't be posted again. And by the response no one really cares.

Re: Original EuroDisneyland map

I wonder what the imagineers had in mind for the Jungle Cruise at DLP, it looks pretty big in the first map.

Oh and EuroDisneyland is such an ugly name i'm sooo glad they fixed it

Re: Original EuroDisneyland map

Discovery Mountain, as shown on the first map was supposed to be an indoor structure housing various attractions (Space Mountain, Nautilus and restaurants)

They only thing which is left from this project are the two tubes which should have linked the Videopolis building with Discovery Mountain.

When they changed the project, they put the lagoon with the Nautilus just in front of Space Mountain which had no longer enough space to house the tubes as a walk through and the rockwork found outside Space Mountain should make you feel visiting a volcano.

There are artworks about this available
