Exclamation Toon Studio attractions logos!

Quote:
It was confirmed last week that the name of the land will infact be "Toon Studio" rather than "Toon Studios". This land will then also include all the current Animation Courtyard attractions - Art of Disney Animation, Animagique and Flying Carpets Over Agrabah. The new area will not, however, be the main marketing draw - the attractions will clearly be advertised on their own as two seperate, brand new attractions, allowing Disneyland Resort Paris to use these valuable Cars and Finding Nemo character properties to their maximum effect.

Crush's Coaster formerly known as Crush Turtle Twister.

Re: Toon Studio attractions logos!

How odd! They were up yesterday. I can't find them on WDSFans.com either. Wonder why they were taken down.

Both the new name of Crush's Turtle Twister and its logo possess the suave professionality of a lemonade stand. Oy. Fools.

Agreed. Ugly logo, absolutley uninspired. And why would they ditch "Crush's Turtle Twister" ... I mean, I could understand if somehow they came up with a better name, but "Crush's Coaster" ...how bland and unimaginative of a name can you get?!

I immediately agreed, but then I put my international hat on.
Communication between up to eight different languages a day comes before themeing at a theme park with so many different national visitors, and I completely understand.

I suppose... however, the new name is still depressingly bad. Oh well.

TDLFAN is an unknown quantity at this point
Re: Toon Studio attractions logos!

Those logos are lame indeed. They remind me of the very lame WDW billbords announcing "New Extreme stunt show at MGM" or "New Spinning Coaster at DAK" without NO referrence to the names of the attractions they were advertizing. BAD BAD marketing.

The only thing I understand is that you are making excuses for Disney's less than impressive art department and marketing.

Re: Toon Studio attractions logos!

Disney shouldn't be using the word "coaster" in their attraction names. It is bland and generic.

Re: Toon Studio attractions logos!

For some reason I remember it being called Crush's Turtle Twister; which to me sounds more like a "Disney" name and a better explanation of the ride. Rather bland if you ask me, but nobody did so just ignore that........ (I really seem to be in the habbit of ........today, I need help, god I need help).........
