Is the Phantom Manor avalable on CD???

I was wondering, is there a way for a Californian resident to get the Phantom Manor soundtrack?

Purchase the official Haunted Mansion CD at either Disneyland or Walt Disney World: it has the original Phantom Manor track on it with Vincent Price's narration. The spoken narration was removed shortly after the ride opened, but the orchestration is essentially the same.
You can also find the CD on eBay or various "Disney" shopping sites like Mouseplanet or Laughing Place

Becareful what disk you buy they have been rereleasing the soundtracks. Some have been redone. When I went to buy my HM soundtrack (at WDW) early this month I ended up with one of the newer rereleases and it didn't have the PM stuff at all. I don't know if all parks have gotten the new ones or not so just check ahead a time before buying. I know the POTC also is the same way. You could get 2 versions of that at WDW at the same time during my visit.

The ones that are out at DLR, or WDW, does not have Phantom Manor on it, I just bought it and it has the Ghost Host in Japanese and some random tracks.

Perhaps you can still find one of the older Haunted Mansion CDs on eBay. Had no idea that they changed them. You really have to wonder why, since it probably isn't costing them any money to leave the track on the master, and it would cost them to remove it. Unless they're really being cheap and want to avoid paying royalties on the Phantom Manor track.
