WDW 50th Decorations are up on the Amination Hat ( WDS )

today i saw the characters from the 50th on the hat .

Oh very cool. Could you tell if all of the WDW castle characters are now on the hat, or only a few?

nope those statues are not temporary like they were at WDW .

Thanks bopazot for posting, I had been wondering when those would go up. They already look better there in the Studios then they did on the castle.

Are they staying gold or did they get repainted?

And isn't Walt Disney Studios Paris celebrating its 5th Anniversary right now? Or is all the focus on Disneyland Paris' 15th Anniversary Celebrations?

Yea! I was wondering when they were going to be put those up. The Toon Studios section is opening in less than a month and it looks like the finishing touches are finally being put on. Can't wait for the new semi entrance arch to appear as well. I imagine that and the sorceror mickey statue will be installed soon. I can't wait to see the finished product in person next month. I've never seen WDSP yet, but I've been following this placemaking/expansion project and it is obviously a step in the right direction for this tiny, previously underthemed appearing park (at least from photo trip reports). Thanks for the heads up about these additions!

For a moment, your description didn't make sense there bopazot.. Those are the characters used for the "Happiest Celebration" castle overlay at the MK. They have nothing to do with the actual DL's 50th celebration...which was the "Happiest Homecoming on Eath". Two different things. That's what threw me off...

Well the Happiest Celebration was the name given at WDW for the celebration of DL's 50th birthday. So he was right saying that I think
