Tower of Terror opening

Hi,

My annual pass runs untill December 20th. Does anyone have a clue if ToT will open or soft-open before then?

Any info would be greatly appreciated

Thanks,
Tonny

Re: Tower of Terror opening

Tower of Terror won't officially open until January 08 but rumours are previews may start late Dec.Sorry to say but its likely your gonna have to renew that Annual Passport if you want to ride Tower of Terror. But than again who knows it all depends on how well construction is going.I have to say from the latest pics it almost looks complete.

Cool I'm secretly hoping I'll be invited to ride the attraction later this month. That would be something to rub in peoples faces when I got back

Yeah, I hoped that when we visited a few weeks before Buzz Lightyear opened and guess what?

I got to ride it for the first time the other week.

Its the luck of the draw I was the same for Expedition Everest at Disney's Animal Kingdom.Throughout my stay it was offering CastMember,Annual Passholders and DVC members previews of this attraction. The day after I left it started offering previews for guest.

Re: Tower of Terror opening

Going with even a secret expectation will ultimately lead to disappointment. If it happens, it will be a nice (and highly unlikely) bonus. Just go and enjoy yourself and don't spend the whole time hanging around the ToT 'just in case'!

I won't loose to much sleep if I miss out on the TOT as I can always ride this in Tokyo if need be.Also I've been on the DCA clone before and while its fun I have no urge to camp outside the Paris attraction. My main purpose of visiting Paris is to ride Crush, catch the new parade and catch up on all my favourite Paris attractions.

And now there are proposed clones of the attraction but with a Ratatouille theme going to California Adventure and the Hollywood Studios.

I have a feeling the attraction might involve the sewer scene in the movie. Either that, or the kitchen escape scene.
