Refurbishment for the castle after the 15th?

well I was seeing the opening show they broadcast in 92 and the castle already has the star glass. So it was before they change

I like how the castle looks in the before picture. That window is a little more blah from far away, but it works better. I also like the old blue roofs and pink color. You can tell the original lighting scheme from the 90's has also changed. It used to be so much warmer. Yes, I agree with you. The linghting scheme back then was far better than this one. The castle looks much darker now some times, when they don't switch on all the lights. I thought that when I was there in August. In 1994 the lighting was better, more impressive

I must say I miss the MK's castle's old lighting scheme more, when they didn't actually light the front part with the clock on it, creating a great, mysterious silhouette. Nowadays, the thing bathes in 100,000 megawatt Oprah lighting from top to bottom.


Ironically, that is exactly how they "lit" the castle in the new Walt Disney Pictures logo.

Well I'm kind of divided regarding the MK lighting. Yes it gave the castle a mysterious silhuoette and that's positive, but the light scheme now ir very impressive. The castle looks amazing at night, and the lights change colour many times during the night, something that used to happen in DLP and now they don't do that

Paris's lighting used to be much more warm. I am torn on the magic Kingdom's castle lighting.
