2 What is the castle made of?
3 Why does the castle fly a flag?
4 What is the most popular attraction?
5 What is the name of the newest ride and when did it open?
6 Where would you find the Disney Coat of arms?

1 How may spires has the castle? - The perfect amount - lol - 13 rounded, or if you count the squared ones too - 17
2 What is the castle made of? - hmmm, mainly steel, concrete, and paint.
3 Why does the castle fly a flag? - because all castles fly flags, it's tradition, plus they do in the movie too
4 What is the most popular attraction? - likely to be Big Thunder
5 What is the name of the newest ride and when did it open? - in DLP it's Buzz Lightyear Lazer Blast - April 2006
6 Where would you find the Disney Coat of arms? - on the castle archway

Since the OP references Eurodisney, not sure if they mean the original parc, or the resort as a whole. If the latter, then the most recent ride openings are Crush's Coaster and Cars Quatre Rouse Rally in the studios which I believe opened in June, n'est ce pas?

I think I once read that there were imagineers hand picking stones at a quarry for use in the castle, which contributed to the place being in the red so long after it opened, but can't recall where. Didn't find it in Alaine's book just now, so maybe I imagined it. The book does confirm that the Disney crest is on the left side at the FL entrance.
