Cosmetic surgery still isn't as popular in Paris as it is in LA.

Big difference as well, a lot of cast members in DL get a role trying to break into TV or movies. At DLP a lot get the role because it is a job that is better than flipping burgers.

DL's location and relation to the media is one of the reasons why it has much better entertainment than WDW and DLP too.
