The Enchanted Fireworks

For those looking for a video of the new fireworks at Disneyland Paris, here it is.

http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=3QKmlKkeIRk

Not mine must I say lool. So what are your opinions about it. I quite like it, althought I don't know which one is better, if Wishes or Enchanted. But the finale is great in this one, something missing from Wishes.

Re: The Enchanted Fireworks

Not bad, not bad.

Although you can really tell when the music "jumps" to a new song list from the movie's soundtrack.

Nice show, but the music could use a bit more sprucing up.

Re: The Enchanted Fireworks

Well actually they used only one track from the soundtrack, which is the Enchanted Suite. Maybe that track was made as a wrap of all the biggest themes from the movie

Re: The Enchanted Fireworks

I'm not very big on fireworks (I always skip Wishes at MK and Illuminations at EPCOT), but I liked that!

ORDDU: Thank you very much, coruscant, dear. That was very nice. My sisters and I simply LOVE the music from ENCHANTED--and we love you, too!

Re: The Enchanted Fireworks

It's a pretty good show considering the restrictions that DLP has on fireworks, only thing is the fireworks don't seem to be as in sync with the music like the stateside parks shows, I noticed that when DLP used Believe...in Holiday Magic at New Years just looked like random firworks going off while the music played. It's kind of sad that they have such a beautiful castle and aren't able to put on huge shows like Remember or Believe.

i notice that too in several of their firwork shows. They seem to go of sync. Even this one between sides they seem to go off quite a bit.

The begining sequence ended sooner on the right side then the left.

I really enjoyed it though. the fireworks they do use are very nice

I have to agree it's pretty much all the enchanted suite and that's it... at the end they use the instrumental true love's kiss again, but it's cut kind of weird.
I really like this but I'm a huge Enchanted fan *points to avatar that hasn't changed since December*

I wish they'd find someway to weave this music into stateside fireworks someday. It's beautiful and even more so w/ pyrotechnics involved

Re: The Enchanted Fireworks

Actually, the narration at the beginning of the firework show is from the "Andalasia" segment of the movie's soundtrack (the sweet little violin segment that goes Da-da-da-da-da-da....da...da-da-da-da... - Sorry! Didn't know how else to put it!).

The rest is primarily the Enchanted Suite - although, for the show's purpose, is an edited version of it.

Re: The Enchanted Fireworks

Thanks for posting. It's more like the old Tinkerbell's Fantasy in the Sky display than Wishes -- I'm not sure if that's a good or a bad thing. I suppose the lack of narration is nice. Wishes at DLP was a bit much, with the bilingual talk talk talk.

And the music is obviously fantastic.

The fireworks themselves seem to be pretty nice too, or as nice as they can be without shooting up into the air and exploding. The "So Close" segment with the fans was lovely, for instance.

Re: The Enchanted Fireworks

I hate Wishes at both DLP and WDW (the narration is so god aweful). This is a real plus in my books and I cannot wait to see it in August!
