Capt. Hook's trip report from July 19

Me and my family arive to Disneyland about 10:30 and when we got there I happen to see some new characters that I haven't got to see other then in the old Block Party Bash.



So after I got the pictures and put my stuff in the lockers. I when over to DCA. My first gold was to see who was at the Hollywood Backlot. As I got clost to there I saw Minnie by the sun water wheel (don't know the real name to it.) so after I took a look I when inside Hollywood and when I got there I saw Goofy and the Draw to Anima [ms] show to see who the 3 where. I figure two of them would been Cinderella and Mickey like always but the third I didn't know who it could be. When I saw the drawing from one of the singers that it was Woody, I left to go on Monsters Inc. ride. I try to get some pictures of it but they all turn out blurry. So after the ride I when to see if Flik and Atta was out send I haven't seen them in a long time. I didn't know where to look for them at over at A Bug Land. So I ask one of the cast members there where they will be at. He told me by the gaint blue straw at 12 noon. That was kind of a bummer to me. Cause I was going to Ariel's Grotto for lunch at 12. So after I left there it was around 11:30 so I when to go to see the Brother Bear show. After Rutt and Tuff couldn't make up there moose mines (that is if they have mines.) I got a picture only with Kenai

Koda left to fast to get one with him. After I got my picture it was time for lunch so off I when to Ariel's it was a walk in without waitting for long. I was on the stairs there waitting for my turn to get my picture with Ariel. She ask me if I was with the people in front of me. I told her no. SHe ask me what! you are by yourself I said yes. It kind of shock her I was by myself.

So after I got my picture with Ariel I was taken to my table. So after I order my salda,Samon,Sprite and Chocolate cake the Princess came out one by one starting with Cinderella.

Me and Cinderella hit it off very well. She saw me with my Belle shirt and ask me if she was my favorite. I told her she was my 3rd favorite. She ask me who my first was I told her even though she has her Prince my first and love is Princess Aurora. Cinderella said that she and Aurora are best friends. After the picture was done and I said my goodbyes to her Snow White was next. She really didn't say to much to me other then a hello. I wasn't felling to happy about this Snow White I really don't why maybe cause she wasn't my friend.

After she left it was my love that was next with a tan. We had talk for a few minutes I got this photo with her.

After Aurora left in came Belle she saw my shirt and she said I really like it alot. I told her thank you. She ask me if I would like to take a picture with her. I said I didn't think you would ask.

(For some reason when I'm at Ariel's and take my picture with Belle I'm always possing from the side.) before she left I gave her a kiss on the hand.

When we last left you I just got done seening Belle.
So after I saw her and finish my lunch I when walking back to the front of DCA before going over to Disneyland side. I was walking to the Sun Wheel to get away from the High School Musical pep show :shake: I happen to see walking away Minnie again to the back as I was walking there I try to see what characters I could fine over at Hollywood and I didn't see anyone there. So I left DCA for now and when over to Disneyland to hope see some characters in front of the entest by the turnstile. But no one was there. So I when in and started to hit to the store over by the Firestation as I got there I saw an old friend walking out from the back. It was...

She saw me to and said hello again my dear how have you been. I told her pretty good and I ask her the same she said roten as usual. I go would u like to get a photo with me and she said sure. After I got my photo with her she said her goodbye to me and other people started to come up to her. She was nice to me but when she was started to leave she was her cruel self again to the other people. So I when in the store to fin a pin I wanted but they didn't have it so I left the store and was walking to Ariel's meet and greet to see her before they close it up to make it Tinkerbell's meet and greet. As I got there there was a big line as usual but when I was getting close to see her. The Photopass guy saw my Belle shirt he was quite puzzle of why I'm in line for Ariel when I had a Belle shirt on. He goes is Belle your favorite I said she is my 3rd. He goes who is your first I said Aurora. Then he said your second I said Ariel. Ariel had hear me say that when I got there she goes I'm really have a bad day. I said to her that your my second she goes I hear you say I'm your third. I go no Belle is my third your my second. She then said I fill better then.

After I got my picture Ariel, The Photopass guy the cast member and me was still talking about my favorite Princess how they are in ABC order. I said no there n't and ABC order. The photoPass guy said that u have Belle last I go no Cinderella is my 4th and Snow is my 5th. Then he said see there still in ABC order. I said no if you notes I never said anything about Jasmine. Ariel just gave me a look like umm. So after I got down with her I when to the Little Green Men shop to fine my pin. They had my pin I wanted. So after I got the pin I when back infront to the entest to see if the Princess was coming out. That was about 2pm about 2:30 Goofy in his old outfit came out he shoke my hand and of chorse there was no handler around to help him. I was sitting down to cool off just watching him giving orders of who was next to get his picture and Autograph. I was there for almost 3 o'clock when Goofy left and nobody else was going I left to. Disney did a big and huge boo boo. There was 2 Goofy's out about the same time. The one I saw that shoke my hand and the other one in the Dream outfit. But after seening the boo boo. I took the train to Princess Fantasy Faire to see if and of the Princess that remember me was there and to get at less the ones I didn't get at Ariel's. So I took the train from Main Street to Fantasyland. As the train got to Fantasyland I saw a quick look that Pocahontas was there. But by the time I got off the train and get in line then get to be next I knew I wouldn't get to see her. So I'm in line for about 30 mins. The Parade had just started so the cast member saw my Belle shirt and as the question to me. I told her Belle is my 3rd favorite. She ask my first and I said Aurora. She said that I have 1 of the 2 in here. Aurora just left which I saw but Belle is right here next to you. So it was my turn and Belle saw my shirt and said I was about to leave but it was a good thing that I didn't. Belle had ask me what my name was I told her my name and we had turn to get our pictures. Belle said you poss just like Beast does.


She then said it was nice to know you and she cursee [ms] me and I gave her a bow she goes what a gentleman. So after got her picture it was Jasmine's turn. She ask me to poss like Aladdin so I did.

After that I saw that Mulan was next but I didn't want to get a picture with her so I just left the Faire and when watching the end of the Parade. After the Parade I when on to Snow White ride and then when into the shop next to it to see if they had anything in there with Princess Aurora I wanted which they didn't. But before I when in I saw on the left side of the castle they had it all boarded up so there was something there where up to. So after I left I when to get my photo of Ariel at photo shop.

So then I head off to DCA again. To be Contenue.

The final to my trip report.
So it was about 4:30 when I headed back to DCA. I when back to Hollywood Backlot to see who was there. When I got there I didn't see any characters and I had remember that at 4:30 they have the last show of Draw to Animasion [ms]. So I when to the stage next to the Monster Inc. ride to watch the show. The cast members where different then what I saw when I was there about 10:30. So I though maybe it be different characters there. I couldn't see the drawings cause they had there books close but after the show started a few minutes later I saw walking in the back Woody,Mickey and Cinderella again. I was trying to get some good pictures of Cinderella and Mickey together but I had heads in my way so I didn't get any good shots. So after the show was over Cinderella and the other left real quick they didn't stop for pictures and autographs which I found outto be weird send they use to do it before. I exit the way that Cinderella and the day and as I walk out arcoss the street I saw Aladdin there. So I took out my camera again and when in line to see him. I had hear someone said is that Jasmine and when that person said that the person in front of me move a little bit and it sure was Jasmine next to Aladdin. So I'm waitting my turn and when it was my turn Aladdin saw my Belle shirt and he said so Belle is your favorite. I said she is my third. So he goes well then Jasmine must be your first favorite I when no it was Aurora. Then Jasmine said then what about me. I'm like umm well with a gilt [ms] look to my face Jasmine said I'm your last favorite. She got upset with that and started to walk away from me. I told her I'm sorry.

After I got my photo with them I when to Bugs Land again to see if Flik and Atta where there and they where not. So I when to have a shake at Bugs Land and after I got done with it I wanted to do Toy Story but the Pixar Play Parade had just started so I was stuck watching that parade and getting wet from it. I really don't like this parade I still think Block Party Bash was much better. So after the parade I when to Toy Story and I didn't do too well on it this time. My score was 107,310 and I had 23% and a beaver. My first time on it which was July 10th I had a score of 118,330 33% and a beaver. So after riding it I when into some shops to look around then I sat for a few minutes then I headed to DLR again in time for the POD. I just got there when it was about to start. I was in the area when Belle would of see me but she didn't . But when the show stop stop on Aurora Float she had seen me and her eyes just got so wide and she had this big smile looking at me. She had remember me from the last time even though I had my Belle shirt on she was happy to see me. I blew her a kiss and she gave one back to me. She was doing her dance moves and when the song was over she look at me and gave me a heart shape as to say Love you. I patted my chest as if my heart was beeting for her cause I had things in my hands I could reall do a heart with my hands like she did. Her float was starting to move again and I wave goodbye to her and she did the same. So after the Parade was over I when into the first 50 years of Disneyland. Before I when in I was asking one of the cast members there if they were going to have an expit (ms) of Princess Aurora still like they did for Snow White's 70. He told me yes they are and he also told me if I hear about it which I didn't that this year they are going to re open Aurora castle walk way. They just got the info on it on Friday. He said it should be open by the Hollydays. So that really is good news to hear. So after I saw Donald Duck and Steve Martin I did some more stuff until 10pm.

Well I never did tell Belle she was my third Belle didn't even ask me about it I only told the ones that ask and besides I can't lie to a Princess now can I?

Beside I only own 5 shirts with Aurora on it 3 with Belle and 1 with Ariel.

Sorry I didn't get any yestuerday. But the one that is in my sign is new from Monday the 14th. That's the same Aurora that remember me yestuerday. I had my Aurora shirt on that day of that Parade photo.

I know what you mean about the awkwardness of telling the princesses the order of your favorites. In our case the little ones have their autograph books... and on a few occasions we happen upon someone whose signature they already have... so it is simply a hug. If asked we explain that [insert name here] already signed it earlier, but we really really wanted another picture and the kids really wanted to give you a hug.

This is what I do when I go to Disneyland. When I go I hit for the characters first because most of them only stay out until 5 or 6 a.k.a Princess Fantasy Faire at 6. so I do them first then the rides after. I may go on maybe one or two when I do my character hunts but it's may lee them first then the rides.
