Fact or Fiction - Disneyland Urban-esque Legends
Reading through some recent posts of rumors and speculations, I've been reminded of some of the classic Disneyland urban-esque legends out there (like Walt being cryogenically frozen and hidden somewhere in Disneyland waiting for the technology to be revived-we can only hope) and even heard some new ones (like the other exclusive club hidden somewhere inside of Splash Mountain) and thought it would be fun to see what other Disney urban legends are out there.
What's your favorite Disneyland urban-esque legend?

I love the one about the Club 33 bar in a cave of the Nemo Sub ride (I think it was called Club 33 H2O bar) ...be cool if it was really there...

Um..perhaps the Splash Mountain legend comes from the fact that there is a restaurant attached to the Splash in Tokyo?

I have been going to Disneyland my whole life and have never herd this rumor before. My girlfriend and sister both have worked at the park and they have never herd that either. There is a secret club right outside the exit of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. It's called Club 33. Although it's not much of a secret anymore. Most people know about it but only a hand full of people get to go into it.

Rumor Walt being cryogenically frozen and hidden somewhere in POTC at Disneyland.

There are plenty of silly rumours, urban legends and mis-truths, many often repeated by Disney and CMs. In fact, I am in the process of preparing an article about the urban legends that exist just about the Disneyland Railroad!

Rumors... what rumors... I know there is an Olympic size skating rink directly below Space Mountain that can only be accessed by a secret door in Star Tours... because someone's friend's uncle's girlfriend's sister's husband's friend said so!

And don't forget about the super-secret even more exclusive than Club 33 club on top of Splash Mountain :O

And of course we can't forget Walt's Cryogenic Capsule hidden on the park grounds - The superconducting wires wrapped around the capsule generate power to run the Park as Walt spins in his grave. I hear power production is down 50% now that Eisner and Pressler are gone... :p

OK Steve so you gave us a tease about your article.....come on now and give us a little taste....
Love to hear anything to do with the railroad.
Here's my urban legend I read that at one time there was a little boy (run away) that lived in the Indian village on the backside of ROA. He would sleep during the day and look for food at night.
This is fun:)
