This happened to me (not directly) July 9th. During the parade (near the Astro Orbitor) there was a guy that was about 70 and another guy that was about 40. They were taking pictures of young girls so my sister got nervous because she has 2 daughters. We ended up telling a cast member and he got a bunch of security guys and "under cover" security guards. I dont know if these are the same guy or not, but it was kind of creepy. I never found out what happened.
Better to be safe than sorry so thanks for giving the rest of us a Head's Up on this. My Dad was filmed by Disney getting on a ride in Toon Town. No waivers or anything to sign, just a sign outside saying they were filming that day. (Warning to the SAG card holders.) Anyroad, within a week there he was starring in a commercial! And lookin' mighty fine I might add!
I still think there are more pictures in Japan of me at DL as a kid than in America.

I've had friends have this happen to them, and there is a poster on this board whose child was on some marketing products during the 50th. Yes, it is on the up and up. They shoot first because they don't want posed pics.
