Do they still do these at DL and is there a schedule for them?

I used to get in on the mix-ins way back when. In fact, it was so long ago that I forgot until this post! I don't know if they still do them or not. They were great if you could time it right.

    Mix-In:
The Park would close at, say, 6:00. In order to get in after 6:00 you had to have a special ticket. BUT, if you were already in The Park at 6:00 you were allowed to stay or "mix-in" with the group of special ticket holders.

Mix-ins were usually corporate or group events. It was cheaper to have a mix-in than to simply rent out The Park for an evening.

They would usually announce the mix-in over the PA system an hour or so before scheduled closing time.

If you left after the mix-in began (and you didn't have the special ticket), you couldn't get back in. But The Park would usually stay open til midnight or 1:00.

    Mix-ins were great!
