We usually end up running back and forth between HM and POTC - seeing how many times we can get through before closing. Also, if we are in Fantasyland, Pan is the man - we've never been dead last in line, but pretty close! You then get rewarded by the long, leisurely stroll through the castle and down Mainstreet. Best part of the day....

There are several ways for you to help support the site you love:
Before exiting prior to closing, We always like to take a ride on the steam engine for one last trip around the park. Its nice to experience the park late at night, lights glimmering, cool outside and most of the crowd is gone.
Makes you not want to leave...But,
I feel that way all the time when at Disneyland
Always a tradition. I always have a nightly showing of Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln. Sometimes twice a night, once during early evening and always one right before closing.
But now that Mr. Lincoln is on vacation, I had to choose another nightly showing. I tried seeing Disneyland: The First 50 Magical Years as a nigthly show in Mr. Lincoln's stead, but I guess I can't get myself to see that show everytime I visit. So, for now, until Mr. Lincoln comes back , my nightly showings will be the Enchanted Tiki Room.
No, no, no, that's the second last ride of the day! The last ride of the day is the parking lot ramp... dontbecheekin and I always raise our hands up and go "wheeee" as we go down it. (Strangely enough, we conmsider the tram the first ride of the day... going up to the garage doesn't count!) /nerd
In the park, I like the train to be my last ride. Doesn't usually work that way, though.

Good morning, son
In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
It was pain
Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...
