We had an amazing time (still planning a trip report) but I had a question We have a list of 10 CMs that made our trip amazing and magical. We never had time to stand in line at City Hall and give our compliments. I plan a letter to guest relations naming each CM, where they were working and the dates that they helped us. Will this do the same thing as giving the comments to City Hall? Could we have gone to Guest Relations on the outside?
