As long as they aren't expecting to produce huge Broadway level play where they need a huge fly loft (which, along with the balcony level, is what makes the Hyperion so tall), if they use the existing stage portion (which appears to be more permanent than the tent portion), all they need is a fairly flat low roof to cover the audience.
I hope this rumor proves true! Princess Fantasy Faire is cute and all, but I wish there was something there that the over 8 crowd could enjoy as well! Give us a great show that the whole family can enjoy, like Aladdin is!
Well they could always dig out the grounds (with reroutes and such of plumbing/electrical) that the theater would sit on. The theater could be a very grand theater, but - with it sitting on a lower ground foundation - you wouldn't see it from SBC.
Okay, I know this be good news for you, but Anne Hamburger was leaving the Disney Creative Entertainment. Oh well...I guess we'll wish her the best of luck. But, let see if Steve Davison can create a new stageshow for Fantasyland Theatre.;)
I just wish Princess Fantasy Faire just end already. I guess my dream of making new show for Fantasyland Theatre will never come true after all. Now Disneyland is boring without a stageshow. I don't know what am I going to do to survive myself. So I'll have to sacifice it. It looks like Princess Fantasy Faire will stay forever.:crybye:
2012? Dang! But, I guess that sounds a little bit close than I thought. I just want PFF to end before Disneyand's 55th Anniversary. And I got to admit, not only I want PFF to end, I also of Year of a Million Dreams. Because I am getting sick and tired of it. And it's too dang long. But we'll see.
ANd by the way, even though I want Princess Fantasy Faire to end, I also want Year of Million Dreams to end too. Because I'm sick and tired of Year of Million Dreams! I just wish we end this misery right now!:mob:
And as High School Musical say This Could Be a Start Of Something New.
