Okay so I was checking if firework and parade times were up yet...for our October trip...and what did I see.....POTC is off the refurb list. Disney does make dreams come true. I was so happy I didn't know if I was going to pee my pants or cry Can't wait to go trick-or-treating, and see updated POTC.(both my sons haven't done either yet...15 months and 2 months)

Is anyone else excited that it won't be closed?

WAHHHHH HOOOOOO!!!!! I am so glad!!! We are coming on the 12th, and I was telling my kids that we would have to get our fill of POTC on the first day since it was going to be closed the rest of our trip. I'm so glad they changed that!!!! Yay, Disneyland!!!!

I hope this isn't a mistake, I am going to be there the week of the 12th through the 18th and Pirates is one ride I like to go on at least once a day!

This is excellent and exciting news. I just have my fingers crossed that nothing else pops up in it's place like the NOS train station did.

I hope it's not a mistake either. My one son will be 5 months when we go and if the two rides he can go on (POTC and Small World) are both closed that wouldn't be as fun. I just hope something else won't close instead. Keeping my fingers crossed.
