I'm pretty sure that's why, but they got the proper funding so Disneyland could have it.

WDW has turned UBER cheap in the last 10 years. WDW in the 2000's has become what DL was in the late 90's and early 2000s.

I was listening to the Tokyo disneyland 25th anniversary fireworks, and I heard a mention of World of wonders in the lyrics... might we find this song as the parade next year?

Hopefully not.. they already used the "It's Magical" soundtrack for Magical. Besides, the music from that fireworks show is so cheesy.. orchestral music like Magical is much better for Disneyland too.

From what I have read, especially here from Al's reports, is that Worlds of Wonder was canceled. But now that Star Tours 2.0 being moved back and only World of Color "new" in 2010, maybe DL will see a new parade. But I'm not sure.

I'm going in 2010, I just hope DL and DCA aren't completely destroyed. D= I'm taking my boyfriend (He'll be 20 and never been. Blasphemy!) and I want the experience to be magical for him.

Any word on Murphy making the (as early as July 13th) fantasmic showings?

That has not been confirmed. It could still very well be the 13th.

We will be there on the 15th... think there's any hope for a fiery dragon showing up as well?

I think it's a possibility, tonight seems to be the big night though. A lot of people seem to be speculating a return tonight. We'll just have to wait and see.

    Re: Disneyland Project Tracker

With a lot of activity seen around the pit, I'm guessing we don't have to wait much longer. We haven't heard much about it testing, have we? If the dragon is still under repair, then maybe we will have to wait until later in the week. But they could surprise us.

EDIT: Since the dragon snapped its neck (or however it was damaged) during programming, doesn't that mean that it will have to be entirely reprogrammed? How long does that take, testing and rehearsing and such?

When was the 13th ever confirmed? Last I checked, Disney never gave official confirmation of the date the dragon was returning.

^The thirteenth hasn't, but neither has anything besides the thirteenth. Today is the day Disney was hoping to get the dragon up and running.
