Excuse me, but I was just trying to back up my statement with proof. I don't even think I was talking to you. I was trying to show BassBone that the Hm does indeed close the day after the 9-9-09 event.

Sorry to go off topic, but has anyone seen the new band at Tomorrowland Terrace? Tonight is the first night I have seen them here and, in my opinion, I think they are one of the best bands ever to play there. Does anybody else agree?

Sorry 'bout that. No hard feelings here. Would suggest in the future of combining all proof into a single post. There is always the 'edit' button to add something if no one has argued back yet to add more stuff.

I've received word that the Disney Gallery is now looking at a September 26th open date, the same date that Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln was originally scheduled to open. Mr. Lincoln is still pushed back until December 17.

I'm hearing that we should see outside facade work in the next week or two as they work on the outside of the Bank to get it ready to re-open as the Gallery. I wouldn't expect anything major.

Details: A new Disney Gallery will replace the Bank of Main Street, as announced in a February 25 press release.
Project Status: In progress. Began early July, 2009.
Open Date: September 26, 2009.

Hey, MasterGracey, the people who attended the Disneyland, U.S.A. presentation at TDA got taken back to where Disneyland shoots off fireworks every night, and a cast member there confirmed that the new Halloween fireworks show will in fact be an altered version of HalloWishes from Walt Disney World, and that Remember... Dreams Come True will be back in the spring.

Ok I watched Hallowishes and the only thing I would change is Marilyn Manson singing This is Halloween instead of Panic. Other than that I thought it was great I really enjoyed it and it might be the firework show that I acutually sit down and watch. I really would setle for a complete clone showing up it just looked fantastic and maybe even better with our castle. Yay for Disney doing more of a variety instead of just decorations!!

The entire east side of the island is off limits including the disabled elevator up to Lafitte's Tavern, Lafitte's Tavern, and the water wheel. Any word when they plan to open that area up again?

I watched a video of WDW's HalloWishes and I really didnt like the music selection or type of pop singing that they had for it.

so when i go next week, the website says Pinnochio's closed, and of course the 50 magical years. So, i was just wondering, r they changing it or is it just a tune up kind of thing? Anyone know?

Oh! and the Matterhorns open again right? cuz last time i went it wasn't.

I agree Add me to the list of people who don't want to see Hallowishes at DL. Same goes for WDW's christmas fireworks show at the MK.. the songs and choirs sound so cheesy.. Believe in Holiday Magic has a much more beautiful, rich soundtrack.

Pinocchio is getting a simple refurbishment; Disneyland- The First 50 Magical Years is being replaced by an upgraded Great Moments With Mr. Lincoln show; the Matterhorn has been open and running for quite some time now, so you should be good.

after reading the most recent mouseplanet article.. i'm pretty certain the halloween show will be new and not a hallowishes clone:

Steven Davison, creator of the Believe..., Remember.... Dreams Come True, Wishes and Magical fireworks shows confirmed for MousePlanet that he is designing the new Halloween fireworks show, and promises there will be a "surprise" element in the show.
