It looks great! I'm glad it's finally going to be reopening after so long and I can't wait to see the new animatronic Lincoln!

Very nice! And anyone else notice it's now "The Disneyland Story Presenting Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln"? Small but mildly interesting change.

Wait a minute... are the letters on the sign three dimensional? They look like they're just painted on to make it look like they're 3d, when in reality- they're just flat. Get my drift? I surely hope I'm wrong on this one...

I'd say they are painted with shadowing/colouring for a 3D effect.

I notice it seems to have LED lights around the edge too. Will we start to see Main Street go LED?

Interesting... obviously I linked to something I shouldn't have and it was removed. But there's another photo already so all is well.

"Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln" is in "3-D" letters.

The Disneyland Story Presenting and Opera House are painted on, are are flat.

They have placed a Honda car wth Christmas trees and a winterbackground ad on the tram road where they have Pluto and Goofy set up for Halloweentime.
I thought it was kinda tacky.

POTC: The laughing pirate on the bridge in the auction scene and the dirty foot pirate are both missing.

But at least they fixed the fighting shadows. On Saturday they looked better than I can recall ever seeing them.

POTC: Has anyone mentioned the third soldier added to the fort? If not there is a third non moving Spanish soldier in the fort.

Just read the latest OC Register article on Lincoln. At the very end, Tony Baxter says that one of the next applications for the new AA technology could be for Indy. I love how he throws hints out for us nerds to over-analyze.
I'm literally a born Disney fan! I was born at Providence St. Joseph Med Center right across the street from Disney Studios in Burbank. The same hospital where Walt died.
