    Re: Disneyland Project Tracker

    MintCrocodile posted some new pics. MintCrocodile : photos : Disneyland Resort 4/23/09- powered by SmugMug
    MY question is, what is the tarped car on the standby track for the TL side of the Matterhorn??? Also, what went on with the Disney Media inside the Opera House?? These are the questions that haunt me....

    Sure looks like they've marked all the waterworks for removal. I wonder if the ball will remain though. Seems like they would have taken that out rather than covering it up.
    I'm literally a born Disney fan! I was born at Providence St. Joseph Med Center right across the street from Disney Studios in Burbank. The same hospital where Walt died.

    By the way my shirt in the pic says "I like big sharks and I cannot lie"

    I guess along with removing the remnants of the fountain works, according to Mint Crocodile's blog from April 21, they are suppose to remove the foam rubber as well as the lighting fixtures that surround the perimeter. Obviously the ball will remain.

    The same thing that empty tracks above Tomorrowland's grounds do.

    I at least hope they're planning to do something with those in the near future.

    It looks like good news for Tomorrowland, anyway it turnes out. They're giving it much-needed attention! I can't wait to see what they do to Astro Orbitor, and I'm curious of what they will do for Cosmic Waves.

    Are they really removing Cosmic Waves or simply refurbishing it? They could just be replacing all the hardware.

    ^With what MintCrocodile discribes, I don't think the giant marble will look bad at all. In fact, it may make the area.

    That doesn't sound so bad, actually. It'll be interesting to see what happens with the area, but a little shaded seating area would be nice.

    Mouse Planet has pictures of the Summer Nightastic Press event and there are pictures of model of the new Fantasmic Dragon and Flotsam and Jetsam.

    <link removed>

    I am looking forward to seeing the new shows this Summer when I get to DL. Looks like they are doing quite a bit of enhancements.
