I was just notified that the Opera House restrooms are not going away.

They're just down for refurbishment, but I was told they're, for some reason, going through a "two-phase" refurb. Interesting...

They are not going anywhere though.

my best friend and i just left, and we spent most of the night at the TLT dance club.
very fun and full of energy, the suburban legends totally rocked the stage.

Have they finished repaving Main Street yet? When I was there last March, there seemed to be spots still in need of repaving.

Wow! Really liked the additions to Fantasmic! But, I was mostly surprised at how great the Pixie Hollow Enchantment show was! I totally was uninterested in it, but now... I think it's my favorite Nightastic! addition.

Of course there's restrooms near the lockers too but I don't think people remember to use those or because they're out of the way.

I was leaving tonight and the line was so long on the east side of the castle that I went to the no line bathroom by the lockers. SHH don't tell anyone.

Tinkerbell obviously is on a pulley.

Main Street is not disabled viewing and standing only. Parade control was very authorative and well planned except for people who do not understand not to walk in front of me or to stay to the right.

GOOD NEW: The bathrooms next to the bank are staying. They need some major work as it is hard to get a scooter in their let alone moms iwth strollers.

Astro Orbitor had a very long line and is working but no word on disabled vehicles.

World of Disney was a mad house.

Saw fireworks from Dumbo's west side and got good view of all the fireworks and allowed to set down.

almost two hours on busses really hurts a lot and there was a beligerent cussing lady drinking Bud Light on the bus. She was forced to toss in a trash can her beer. We got to the Fullerton Park and Ride and she announced "I got to pee !!!" and got off the bus. Before she could get in the bathroom the bus left her. Remember limos allow you to cuss and drink Bud Light but unfortunately the 460 bus is NOT a limo thus it is not going to wayit for you to pay for you drinking problem, lol.

Thank you and I thought the last bit was hilarious. She was going to drink on the bus, cuss, scare people, threaten people and be all important. She did things her way until she got her comeuppances and was left behind by the bus driver. The funny thing is that that is the last southbound stop before the final one at Disneyland. She ended up having to pay again $2+ and wait half an hour for another bus, lol.

Residing in B.C. I'll pretend I know about all those stops. Sounds like an average night on the bus herer tho so I can relate.

Anyway, I also am curious about the repaving project on main street. Someone commented a page or so ago with no answer. Anybody care to chip in some info?

As far as I know, the Main Street repaving project finished back in March or April.

The project may be done, but the street is only about 1/3rd finished. Hopefully in some future off season they'll finish the job . Cracks have already formed between the tracks in the new concrete already. Not everything went according to plan.

Got a couple updates today... Looks like the major Disneyland Hotel renovation project is moving ahead and will start in August. And Cosmic Waves is looking at opening earlier, now by the end of June. It was originally aiming for a mid-July opening.

Disneyland Hotel Renovation

Details: Long-planned, long-rumored Disneyland Hotel renovation rumors vary from complete demolition and rebuilding, to a one-tower-at-a-time gutting and updating.
Project Status: To begin August 2009
Completion Date: 2012

Cosmic Waves

Details: Fountain/marble water sphere undergoing "reconstruction."
Project Status: In progress. Began April 20
Open Date: To be completed by the end of June
