Timmy, Pratt55, and Aladdin Hijack(alop)ed to Disneyland!

[Aladdin]

A week ago Timmy, Pratt55, and Aladdin found themselves "entertaining" an intruder on their recent trip to Disneyland.

It all start at a truck stop in Arizona, just a few miles away from the Colorado river, when a Stranger Hijacked Timmy and Pratt55's vehicle:


When we found out he just wanted to go to Disneyland too, we figured it was better to play along with this varmit with a hare-trigger hoppin' mad temper.


He still insisted in terrorizing the Weinerschnitzle guy out of the vehicle,
and made him ride on the antenna! This was just the beginning of the precarious positions that the Jacklope lead us to.


He was at times, unexpectedly friendly, and pointed out where some of his
relatives lived.



and he wanted us to stop at a Giant Jackalope Statue, just outside of
Palm Springs. He said it was dedicated to his great great great great great great great grand-jackalope


I had seen the giant dino statue before, in Pee Wee's Big Adventure,
but who'd have guessed that there was a Jackalope statue too!

Unfortunately, the jackalope took this time to pick on a dinosaur


and jumps on the dino's foot


This irritated the dino, more than you would think, and the dino starts roaring


And starts to swallow the now even more endangered Jackalope


The jackalope yells out for help


and in order to save the life of "Jack", I put my own life in danger
and leap to the rescue


Well, wouldn't you know! It was all just a practical joke.
Jack and this dino have been friends for many years. They just like to
trap unsuspecting travelers in their little game.

At this point, we weren't too far from Haldley's, and picked up a few
snacks.


Jack especially liked this mug,

but was a little sad that the statue of his great great....... grand-jackalope
wasn't pictured on the mug,


We got back on the highway and after avoiding a sofa in the middle of the road,
we soon arrived at the Happiest Parking Garage on Earth


And Jack experienced his 1st tram ride


Downtown Disney


And soon, Jack made his very 1st trip into Disneyland




And saw the Castle for his very first time!


I think his heart grew three sizes that day!

This is the best pic! Made me laugh soooooooo much! I think I have one of Jack's relatives at my house... I think my jackalope's a little bigger than Jack is, though. He came from Wall Drug Store in South Dakota... maybe Jack knows if I have one of his family members or not. :oD

It didn't take to long until "Jack" got into the spirit of things and started
meeting some of the characters, in fact this was one of the few times,
outside of a parade, that these 7 famous characters were all available
together, this time for a picture with the Jackalope!

although Jack was still feeling a little mischievious, and played a troll under the bridge!

And wouldn't you know it, within minutes of entering DL, Jack recieves
a Magic Moment of riding in a coach!

Jack never got a chance to see the Country Bear perform, but he was attracted
to their downhome friendly welcome! And that was even with them behind glass!!


Next up was a trek across the esplanade


He was a little surprised that right at the dead center of the resort, the colors
were very similar to his desert home. He thought there would be much more
vegetation at the center of the resort, or at least some water, but it had less
plants, and even less water than his home in the desert.




We decided to see Aladdin over at DCA


He seemed to like Iago, I think it's because they both like to misbehave!
And he enjoyed the show!


It was time to check into our hotels, get something to eat, and then we decided
to take a look at the progress of the new Garden Walk. The 1st Restaurant we
pass is Bubba Gumps.



Who knew!!! Bubba Gump's has the World's Largest Living Sea Monkey!!!

A Sea-Monkey Stole our money Jackalope!



Then we took a look around the nearly gardenless Garden Walk






As if the Jumbo Sea Monkey wasn't scary enough,
Jack always attracts the unusual, These two creepy old lady statues
were entertained by Jack for a few minutes.


Is there any backstory about these two ladies?
I'll just call them Beatrice and Agnes Anaheim, the founding sisters of Anaheim.
If they aren't based on any real person, we need a back up story for
them as good as the "Don Carlos Turkey Leg" stand in Paradise Pier


We then headed to a little MiceChat party, for a little
birthday celebration, and then headed back to our hotels.

Next up, a couple mice chat meets, and Jack explores
more of Disneyland and stirs up some more trouble!
