I can fully sympathize with the poor suckers that have to go there!
You need to wear gang colors & pack just to qualify to get in that place!

But how about a meet at IN N OUT BURGER??????????
I've got a craving and they have only broken ground on ours
down here - It'll be another 6 months before I can get a
    cheeseburger animal style!!!

We could also have a meet at the IKEA restaurant!!!
Cheap breakfasts dude! I've heard they are pretty tasty too!
They are big enough to accomodate a group if we get there
    to reserve tables at opening!

OOOO yeaa I like the idea of IN and out burger. The only one I know of is the one by my house in Chandler but I think theres one in Scottsdale. But im good with anywhere

Full-time Flagstaffian here- I agree about Beaver Street- coolest restaurant in town!

We haven't been to DLR for over a year now but held annual passes twice in the past four years and would get out to Anaheim about 3-4 times per year with those passes.
This year we went to WDW in June and are considering either a return trip to WDW around holiday time or a DLR trip in January.

^ I am soooo Jealous, BSB is such a great place, I wish they had something like that here!! I am also so jealous that you live in Flag, you are soooo lucky! I think you could put a Fast-pass machine in Flagg and have people from the valley come line up to enjoy your weather!

Have you ever made it to the beer festival at the fairgrounds?

    (Hi Earkid!!! )
    who me?

Yep another AZ AP checking in here. I'm near 7th St and the 101. However I work in both Glendale and Sun City. DH and I have been APs for about two years now and visit about 4 times a year. A would be great but I would choose Krispy Kreme over In-n-Out.!

    ^ Hmm, great idea, Earkid.

Using my detective skills, I am guessing that if you work with the Sun-City crowd, and looking at your nick, I am guessing you help people hear better.

Yes, it's a pretty special place, but I must admit to the occasional foray into the valley for WARM WEATHER in the winter.

Beer? Not me. Not a beer drinker at all. I go to BSB for the food!

Well, to be honest my other guess was that you have some kind of freaky-deaky ear fetish, but that kind of scared me....

On the bright side, whenever I am working in loud enviornments, I always wear hearing protection, so hopefully I won't need your services ever!

    Re: Arizona???

ummmm.... am I ghetto?? I was twelve when Castles and Coasters changed from "Golf N Stuff" and reopened. I was way excited about the double loop. I was even in a commercial that they shot of me and a couple of my friends while we were ther when I was like 15. Come to think of it, I think that was the last time I have been there!! Maybe a decade changes a place!! I also grew up going to Christown but haven't been there in at least 5 years (since they put the Costco in). Yes, people we have a Costco in a mall!! Beside it has reinvented itself as "Spectra" mall!! Anyway- now I live on Arizona/Warner in Chandler. I would be very interested in a GTG!

Someone mentioned that Disney is sponsoring a cornfield maze in Apache Junction in conjunction with the release of Chicken Little. The cornfield maze is an annual event and somehow Disney thought it would be a good tie in with their movie. It would be fun to do that as a group, and we could invite some of the California Mice Chatters to the meet too!

Since Rawhide will be closing at the end of October,
(later to open in a new version in the south valley)
it would be fun to have a meet to say goodbye
to the old Rawhide, which is more Frontierland-like,
    than Disney's Frontierland

    Re: Arizona???

    Hi all!
Another Tucsonan here. I usually am an AP holder and we try to go 3 or 4 times a year. My kids go to school (and I work)in a year-round district so we try to go every break (Oct., March and June), plus usually another trip or two. My AP expired right after my trip in June (we are going to WDW this Oct.),but I hope to get another before to long.

    Re: Arizona???

My family is game for a get together. East-West, Rawhide, Krispy Kreme, In-and-Out doesn't matter here. I like the Rawhide thing, kind of nostalgic (like Legend City for those who have been here for a long time)

Oh and Max, now that you have my curiosity I'll have to go and try the BSB in Flag. My Brother-in-Law is Lumberjack so I guess I'll go and give it a try. BTW, I'm a Devil and my Brother is a Wildcat, can't tell we're from AZ huh?
