Re: The day RIGHT AFTER Thankgsgiving, great, or forget it?

Christmas events (and decorations) are scheduled to start this year on Friday, November 10th. (opening of iaswh) You will see the decorations start going up around a week before.

The one thing that doesn't start until Thanksgiving week is the Christmas Parade.

We go every year the weekend after Thanksgiving. Up until a couple of years ago, it wasn't very busy. Now it is, but it still makes for a nice three day weekend.

Forget it. It will be quite crowded.

I'm addicted to Disneyland. Disneyland hobbies are expensive.
If I become a bum people are going to say "Don't give him money, he's just gonna use it on Disneyland."

Re: The day RIGHT AFTER Thankgsgiving, great, or forget it?

I'm sure glad that I read this thread! We are going the whole week of Thanksgiving and I'll make sure not to go DL on Friday! I've heard differing opinions about Thanksgiving day, though...some say go right when it opens until about 3pm because it gets busier after that; others say the opposite-it dies down in the afternoon. Anyone have thoughts on Thanksgiving day?

Thank you so much Mice Chatters!

    Yeah, what they all said

Crazybird's aunt: "We'll be there for Thanksgiving, can you take us to Disneyland on Friday?"
Crazybirdman: "You mena, like drop you off? 'Cause I aint goin' in!"
"What single word is the name of a magazine, a cereal, a board game, and a never-ending series of soul-crushing disappointments which slowly leech away your hope and idealism until you are nothing more than a bitter husk of a man?"
