I do hope that he comes back some day.
Where were you in 2003? I visited DL for the very first time that summer, and we saw Lincoln.

I saw the binaural presentation in march of 2004. We need him more than ever. Please Disneyland, pimp my Abe!

Even a pimped Abe is better than no Abe at all.

Here Here! I have enjoyed the 50th film. But Enough already! I just want Mr. Lincoln back! Even if they update him...

Does anyone think they'd consider doing a Hall of Presidents here?

I don't think that theatre is anywhere big enough for Hall of Presidents.

If people would see it, they most certainly would do it.

As for Lincoln, even though he's my favorite president, I'm in no hurry for him to come back. A look at Disneylands History is great. Personally, I'd like it if they'd bring back an updated One Man's Dream and put it there.

Put Lincoln in the lobby but make him interractive like Push or Crush.

I think it would be better with Lincoln in the theater, & the film in the lobby.

That's probably the one reason why it won't come back.

Why did you never bother to see Mr. Lincoln why it was there?

I hate to admit it, but I like the idea of the opera house staying a Disneyland Museum.

If they wanted to get really crazy, why couldn't they just show some of the old Disneyland films from the 1950s on the big screen in the theater? People and Places, Disneyland 59, From Pirates of the Caribbean to the World of Tomorrow. I'd sit there for an hour and watch that.

I am starting to feel like moving Mr. Lincoln over to Frontierland might be a great idea. Not sure what the right venue would be for it. But it would be a good fit and allow the opera house to have the type of homage to Disneyland history that it has now.

I think a lot of people would. Especially the building of Pirates or Indiana Jones, the opening day speech, and the construction of the park as a whole

Lincoln would make no sense in Frontierland. The old west "cowboys & Indians" was after his time.

It just seems to fit in Main Street. It would seem out of place in Frontierland.

    ????

I think Lincoln would be more at home in the 1880s than the 1900s.

Well, I mean it's the surroundings. Main Street is more patriotic than Frontierland to me.
