Pretty bored at home and missing Disneyland but tell me what are the best food price deals and best tasting food at Disneyland and California Adventure. It could help those planning 2 go to pick the good foods and not the bad ones.
Blue Bayou is amazing but a little pricy. I really like Cafe Orleans. They have the most amazing garlic fries called pomme frites. They also serve the best beignets I have ever tasted. They are shaped as Mickey heads and are served warm and fresh from the oven with 2 types of dipping sauces. They are the best desserts in the park (in my opinion). California Adventure had the Vineyard Room but that is going to be closing.
IN DCA, i love the Taste Pilots Grill, for the big portions. I can split the Chicken Sandwitch with someone and be fine. In DL, Rancho Del Zocalo has very big portions to share. If you aren't going with someone, A Good money saving tip is to bring a Waterbottle and fill it up throughout the day. It can you save you $15 easy if you use it thorughout the day. Redd Rocket's Pizza Port has fairly cheap prices for single meals, Including very tasty salads.
Bengal BBQ is awesome for a group of people because you can get one of everything and share! I also love all those fruit carts, they're really fresh and the pickles they have there are also yummy. Blue Bayou is a must but definitely not the best 'deal'. I also like the Napoli pizza in DTD. A slice of pizza is fairly cheap there.
Pizza Port in Tomorrowland has some really good, fresh pasta dishes, pizza, and yummy salads. Not cheap, but the portions are really generous and enough for 2 people to share, or bring it with you to snack on later. My husband got some blackended chicken cajun thing last time and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was.
