    Anaheim Gardenwalk
I ate at the California Pizza Kitchen here and had one of my favorite meals here while in California (along with the Monte Cristos at Cafe Orleans). This was a nice, quiet place to stop and relax, although I couldn't find out where anything was because:

    The directories were so helpful!

    The still-not-completely-finished Gardenwalk

    My Overall Trip
I had a great trip to Disneyland overall. I will probably never get back, because I couldn't stand the long plane ride, but I am incredibly glad I have experienced the original. My only disappointment was with a few bad encounters with CMs, something I would have never expected. I only encountered a few rude CMs, but encountered many CMs who didn't stand to par with traditional Disney service. On TOT, the CMs compltetly broke character and were ranting about how they couldn't contact management about an "issue" they were having with the ride...real comforting for the guest who's about to freefall 100' on a ride that's having "issues." Enough ranting.

I really did have a great time and owe a lot of it to some of the CMs who were doing their jobs and the park guests who could joke about an inconvenient situation. I hope this gentleman visits these boards, as he seemed like a regular visitor to the parks, but the man sitting to the left of me during Fantasmic really put me in a great mood. When a traffic control CM began yelling at the crowd, he chimed in "I bet she has chest hair." Then later he left to get something and got churros for the family in front of him (whom I assume he knew). It was just seeing people like him, enjoying the park and passing that enjoyment on to others, who made my trip spectacular. Thanks to all of you wonderful CMs and park guests.

And another big thanks to all of you who post weekly trip reports and answer all of the questions of first-timers like me (like Dantasmic, Techskip, Kritter, and so many others). You really did a lot to make my trip to Disneyland wonderful.

And now for the moment you've all been waiting for, pictures from my stay in the Dream Suite!

    Just kidding!
    But now, just for fun:

This is one of my favorite hidden Mickeys anywhere. It's the wallpaper in the lobby of the Disneyland Hotel. See if you can find it!

And a quick eye spy to keep everyone entertained!
    Where can you find these?
Hint: They are both within Disneyland park!

    Thanks for reading!

Hey, did you check your flights before you left home? see they changed my flights for November 3 times already and I had them change them back. I was told they can and do change them all the time, and if you do not check, you could end up being here there and every where. heck they had me on different flights and hours etc. I want to stress to people always check your flights the day you leave. or your going to get a big suprise.
Yeah, they just told us there was nothing they could do. We recieved a "Dear John" letter basically telling us "too bad, sorry."

Yeah, that's exactly who I was talking about. I thought he knew you. He seemed pretty friendly with everyone though, so I wasn't sure.

By the way, it's the Disneyland (although they call it Florida) Family Guy on Adult Swim tonight (for anyone that enjoys that sort of stuff)

    Peter: Michael Eisner!

Family Guy made a big mistake on the Captain EO part since Captain EO was in Epcot, right?

I think they more or less themed the episode to Disneyland, but called it Disney World. They went on Indiana Jones and ran past the Disneyland version of Haunted Mansion, so I think they just confused the parks. Not that Family Guy really cares about accuracy anyway

Random sidetrack, but I when did they jack up the prices for Blue Bayou? It could have been a while ago since I only have seen the menu online, but there was nothing for under $30. I had saved out about $300 to go there, but decided against it because it was just so ridiculously expensive. The crab legs were also not on the menu, which I was disappointed with, since that is a signature dish there.

That was an absolutely freakin' sweet TR! (Since Family Guy was mentioned hehe). Glad you had an overall good time here in our original park. Two things: One, I have NO IDEA where those eye-spy pics are from. Two, I never knew there was a D-land Family Guy episode! Thanks for informing me of that! And once again, that was really, really enjoyable to read and see all the pics. Esp. the pic of the dented turret, which I'll now have to look for next time. Thanks again! :oD
