8/14-17 Universally Strange -- A Kuzcochik Trip Report

Thank you...Thank you for the Universal shots! We will be in DL the 3rd week in November, but I am going to book a VIP tour at Universal for one of our days there... stat! I love that Park...different from DL obviously but it has it's own unique character and...I am a HUGE SIMPSONS fan!

Love the Bates Motel. They used to have fuzzy slippers and a robe that had Bates Motel embroidered on them. Hope they still sell them. Can't wait to go.

Ha, I'm lame. Totally forgot to put up the few pics from my last day at the park.

Sunday, I wasn't suppose to go to the park. My mom and aunt didn't have tickets but I couldn't help it, I decided to use my AP and try to hit up Indy and the new sexy monorail (which I still hadn't ridden).

So heading into the park (and actually getting stopped and questioned by one of the disney survey people... I thought they steered away from AP's... esp young looking ones) I went straight to Indy and grabbed a fastpass. Then I jumped on Thunder and took a quick tour of Fantasyland.

Heading over to the side of the castle I saw a sight I don't often see. A people-less Snow White's Wishing Well


It made me happy. Then I took a bunch of castle shots cause somehow I hadn't taken any.

This is by far my favorite shot... like that I've ever taken


On my way back to Indy I ran into Pezz_lightyear and the kiddies. We chatted for a bit before I continued my trek to Adventureland only to find a broken Indy!!

So instead I went to Tomorrowland and jumped on Buzz... 3rd place to 34th in one day


And then I finally headed to the monorail

Okkay so it's really really warm in the but that thing is so pretty

I made a quick trip to Mania to try single rider, then got some sour dough, then ran back to disneyland to actually use my indy fastpass.
And I was really happy to see Donald in normal clothes


And that's really it. I met back up with my mom and aunt we went to company D and then we left California. It t'was good times had by all...


Until my next trip (if I didn't have to buy a new car it'd be sooner... god I wish it could be sooner) this is The end

Heading back over to Disneyland, my mom, aunt and i went to Blue bayou for our reservations. As we waited, Jack Sparrow ran in to the lobby (the one that runs away from everyone...) and when the CM asked a guest for their name Jack piped in with "S-P-A-R-R-O-W" and the CM asked how big his party was and he said "36... I'm taking the whole crew to dinner" then he ran away.

Now THAT I would have LOVED to have seen! Comedy!
