Also, Darkbeer's Monday in the Parks article today claims that Ariel has replaced Pocahontas in at the Princess Fantasy Faire. So it looks like you wont be able to meet with Pocahontas anymore. At least not at PFF.

Pocahontas was the daughter of Powhatan who was also known as Emperor Powhatan since the area he ruled encompassed most of the surrounding tribes. As his daughter this makes her more or less a princess among her people.
Mulan marries Captain Shang. Definitely not royalty at all, in any way, even after marriage.
Belle marries into royalty having been merely a commoner before she falls in love with Prince Adam. Cinderella also marries into royalty since her father was not royal. His 2nd marriage (that to Lady Tremaine) is into one of titlement but not royalty.
Snow White, Aurora and Ariel are all born royal and therefore blood-born princesses.

His name isn't really Adam but a few people call him that. Others call him Vincent. Neither is really "official official"
