Cool Where is the best place to eat at DL on Thanksgiving??

We will be at DL on Thanksgiving this year for the first time ever. That being the case...I am looking for suggestions for dinner in the park that day. Frankly...I'm all for a monte cristo, but, thought maybe since it IS special that we are there for the holiday (and for 9 days) I'd ask for suggestions and why that is your choice!

    Thanks gang!

We have been at DLR on Thanksgiving for the past 10 years or so. We've done Plaza Inn, Storytellers, Hook's Pointe, Jazz Kitchen. I thought they all were pretty good (and we had turkey in each one). I think I preferred Storytellers just cuz it is a buffet and can eat all you want!

If we don't go up to our family this year, we'll be there (DL) again this year. Maybe we can meet up!

We don't fly in until 5:15 and will hopefully be at the park by 7 or so!

Thanksgiving day? That's probably a less crazy day to fly than the day before, I guess? I know the Disneyland Hotel has an amazing Thanksgiving buffet, but I have no idea what the seating times are. There have been a few reports over the years from the buffet that might be worth looking into.

THIS report has some great pictures. I use it regularly to try to entice my hubby into a Turkeyday trip!
I love my awesome crazy wonderful friends!!

We both work the day prior to Thanksgiving, so, we can't go that day anyway. It's more to get away from home.....but....that can be explained in the Hearts!

Called DL Dining but it's too soon to book anything, so, I have a couple of weeks to wait on doing that. I'd seriously be happy at Cafe Orleans. I'm not choosy. I just wondered if there are highly regarded places!

    Thanks for the report!
