I was hoping for another shop for POTC stuff or another place to buy pins.

Kim Irvine might design a really great looking shop. But that doesn't mean that it will be stocked with anything remotely unique or interesting. She might just be repeating what she was told to say. It is part of her job to do so, anyway.

Very excited about this! And what a great name for the shop - since "Happiest Millionaire" was in the early 1900's - very cool! And 'HAPPIEST' is one of my fave movies too...

The shop will look fantastic. Though I'd rather be assured that the merchandise will be something you absolutely can't find anywhere else at DLR, maybe even something that is made exclusively for the store or at least Main Street DL. Unfortunately the announcement is a bit too vague to know this for certain. I'll have to wait and see what I can buy there before I exhale, although there is definitely an excited sense of anticipation due to the nostalgic and reverent nod to a relevant but overlooked archive film that Walt himself oversaw, or due to the design being modeled after another unique park store that has more personality than any.

Not sure if anyone's posted yet but I don't see it. From what I can tell some things in the store are limited run items. There are no more monorail or skyway shirts as far as I know in the store.

We just went day before yesterday and the shop is charming! The decorations and all the details were fantastic. The merchandise was all very sparkly and pretty too look at. The monorail and skyway shirts weren't there, but there were some non-Disney items, some stuff I've seen elsewhere, and then some stuff that was completely unique to the store. Definately worth dropping by!

I really like the store. There is some cool merchandise... some things that I haven't seen before. I ended up buying a scarf, beanie and gloves.

Same! (plus the skyway shirt) I'll be checking by there every visit in case they have something I just have to have and likely won't have again.
