What is your favorite Restaraunt to eat at in Downtown Disney?

I guess I'll be the freak here and support my personal favorite...La Brea Cafe and Bistro. Both the sitdown part and the quick serve, imho, have a decent meal. But, I'm one of those people who loves to sit and linger and discuss. Being that close to the gates, too, doesn't hurt.

Most people run in there thinking they are getting a deal away from the gates of the two parks. They aren't. But the view is great and I love bistro food.

House of Blues is good and has FANTASTIC artwork on the interior. What's especially good? Go on a Sunday for brunch. You can sample their entire southern menu...and if you don't like it, there's stuff you know you'll like somewhere since it is a buffet. It's called a Gospel Brunch, and, quite frankly, I've gone twice and the music is AWESOME. Some people make a day of it, dressing up, but forget it, you are there for the food and the music---enjoy yourself and wear flip flops.

Those are my recommendations.

Rainforest Cafe and Uva Bar are my top two faves.

Naples was great too, especially if you go in with a few family and/or friends to share some things.

I like the food at house of blues... the only reason I eat there though is before a concert so I can get in the front of the line :P Their burgers are good though, and the salmon too

In my opinion, though the Rainforest Cafe is visually amazing, the food isn't so great...I REALLY REALLY enjoy eating at Ralph Brennan's. It's not too expensive, and it's AMAZING food. I also really like Tortilla Joe's, though it's not your typical Mexican food. I would definitely recommend the Jazz Kitchen. It's really cool to sit on the balcony at night. It feels like New Orleans!

For food and atmosphere, definitely House of Blues. Rainforest Café has great atmosphere but I am not especially fond of the food. Tortilla Jo's, I just ate there for the first time this past weekend, we had a very large party, I think 15 or 16 people. The food was fine, but the service seemed very poor. I got the impression they were more concerned with table turn over than service. I probably won't go there again! I haven't been to any of the other restaurants but I am going to check out that Gospel Brunch at House of Blues!

I like the walk up window at the Jazz Kitchen. My favorite is the shrimp po' boy. Comes with fries and we like to get some coleslaw too. Definitely enough for two to share. Mmmm.

Jazz Kitchen for sitting down, relaxing and enjoying a great meal. For a quick bite I like the walk up windows for either Tortilla Jo's or Jazz Kitchen.

I've never tried La Brea Bakery, but after Roo's description I'm going to have to rectify that!

Haha i only went to TortiLLa Joes (yah, i said it like that) once and I thought it was pretty good food! And then the fire alarm went off and we never finished our meal because we had to evacuate. We never went back in.

We used to go to Rainforest Cafe often.......but it seems that the quality/service aren't what they used to be......and the prices have skyrocketed....and if the quality/service aren't 'there' we can't see paying the prices....

As of late, we have really enjoyed Jazz Kitchen - we went there when it first opened a few times....and for some reason, my wife didn't like it......but we went again for Mother's Day Weekend this year and we enjoyed it......had a great burger......

I've been wanting to take my wife to Catal.......and I'd like to 'experience' the Uva Bar. Because I don't drink that much, I just have never been....
